At Sheffield Mall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at essentialsonly.005@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return along with a photo of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product
  • Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed from your side.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
